At least 3 credits must appear on a college/university transcript; up to 3 credits may be Idaho district/charter/private-school in-service hours (15 contact hours = 1 semester credit). Credits must be tied to: (a) pedagogical best practices, (b) administrative/teacher leadership, OR (c) a specific area of need designated by district administration. 6 credits × 15 hours = 90 contact hour equivalent.
